Get your office supplies, business cards and stationery at Mountaineer Marketplace
Starting June 1, University employees will purchase business cards, stationery and office supplies through Mountaineer Marketplace, the easy-to-use tool that’s replacing WVUBuy this summer.
For anyone who’s ever shopped at Amazon or another online vendor, the system will be familiar. It features a shopping cart and checkout process, without the need for a PCard or any post-transaction paperwork. Because the system is integrated with MAP (Mountaineer Administrative Processes), it knows who you are and will automatically route your request for the proper approvals.
With Mountaineer Marketplace, employees will know they’re getting the best price on a quality product. Procurement Contracting & Payment Services has already bargained for discounts to ensure the best value for the University.
Shoppers can order the supplies currently available through WVUBuy by logging into Mountaineer Marketplace and searching for their items, or by selecting the specific vendor’s catalog. This includes stationery and business cards, which are accessible through catalogs on the home shopping screen. Printing & Copier Services is the official supplier for University business cards and stationery.
