Cloning a Trip for Multiple Travelers

If you are booking the same trip for multiple travelers, MyTravel makes it easy to clone a trip and repeat a trip for as many travelers as necessary. The cloned trip can also be edited if slight changes need made for each individual traveler. This feature should be very useful for users booking group trips! To clone a trip, please see this guide.

Key Notes:

1. The user booking the trip will need to be set as a Proxy for any internal travelers they are booking on behalf of.
2. Users can also clone trips for outside guests and students.
3. All cloned trips will still follow the University’s policies
