Expense Owner Information for Approvers

Approvers now have access to view the expense owner’s contact details on reports in their approval queue. By clicking on the profile icon located next to the report owner’s name, the following details will be visible:
  1. Email
  2. Preferred Currency (always USD)
  3. Supervisor
  4. HR Org Department

  1. To access this field, an approver can click on the small profile icon listed next to the Report Owner’s name prior to opening the report:

  2. A screen will open showing all of the details mentioned above. The original fields visible will be the Email, Preferred         Currency, and Reports To (Supervisor ) . To see the HR Org Department, click on the “ See more ” option listed in                 the bottom left column, it will be listed under the term “Part Of”.

  3.To return to the report, click on the “X” in the top right corner
