Approval Queue Filter Options
MyExpenses has two new features that make sorting and selecting reports from your approval queue virtually effortless! Approvers can now sort reports by the Assigned Date as well as Search for a specific report(s) by the Expense Owner or Report ID. Note that these enhancements do not replace the more detailed search capabilities of the Filter drop-down menu but is designed to facilitate quicker searching.
Sorting by the Assigned Date:
- Enter your Approval queue
- Select the drop-down menu icon in the top right corner
- Select “Assigned Date”
Approval Queue Quick Search (search for specific reports):
- Enter your Approval queue
- Select the search icon
- Choose to search by Expense Owner or Report ID
