Upcoming enhancements to WVU’s process for submitting supplier requests
As part of our continuing efforts to help faculty and staff work smarter and simplify how we operate, the Procurement Contracting and Payment Services (PCPS) team soon will be making enhancements to West Virginia University’s process for submitting supplier requests.
WVU faculty and staff who need to submit a request for a supplier to be registered to do business with the University or update an existing supplier’s record soon will be able to do so via an electronic supplier request form.
The PCPS team then will work with WVU’s suppliers to set up their profiles in our new supplier portal, which will give suppliers the ability to:
- Submit their own W9s securely online; and
- communicate with WVU for updates to the supplier record, the status of their registration and the status of their payments.
