Change in IRS Mileage Rate for 2021

Beginning on January 1, 2021, the standard mileage rate was changed to 56 cents per mile for business miles driven in the US. If reports are submitted for mileage expenses for January 1, 2021 or later, the system will use the updated mileage rate. Please make sure the transaction date entered is correct when submitting and/or approving expense reports.

If reports are submitted for mileage expenses before January 1, 2021, the system will use the previous mileage rate. Please make sure the transaction date entered is correct when submitting and/or approving expense reports.
