E-Wallet Queue Added to Homepage
Great news for an even smoother and easier MyExpenses report creation! Users can
now access their E-Wallet items directly on the homepage of their profiles. A
new queue has been added, above the “Expense” and “Approvals” queue(s) we are
used to seeing, titled “E-Wallet”. Users can now enter into their E-Wallet queue,
view their items and create reports directly from it. The E-Wallet will list
the unused items available at all times.
How do you create a report from your E-Wallet queue? Follow the guidelines below.
- Click on the Unused Items listed in the queue
- Select the items you want to add to the report by checking the box next to them, then select “Add to Report” *Note, this may also appear as a plus sign (+) inside of a green box depending on your screen size*
- You will then choose if you want to
create a new expense report or
add the selected items to a draft report
- To add the items to a new report, select "Create a New Expense Report"
- To add the items to an already existing draft report, select the desired draft from the queue listed
- If you choose to Create a New Report, you will be brought to the cover page and you can begin the creation of your report. Once you save the cover page, you will be brought directly to your items and can begin completing the required information to add them to your report
- If you choose to add the items to a draft report, you will be brought directly to your items and can begin completing the required information to add them to your report
*Note: in either situation, if you have already selected the expense type(s) you will be directly brought to the line itself and will not have to choose a tile first.
