Update to Catering Services Payment

Dining Services
Effective Monday, September 10, all catering must be completed via purchasing card.
WVU’s Mountaineer Marketplace internal transfer forms will no longer be accepted
for catering services. Future internal catering orders will need to be purchased
by means of PCard. The new system has been put in place to ensure efficiency and
uniformity across campus. Order forms will still be available on WVU Culinary Creations
Catering website. If questions arise concerning this amendment, please contact
WVU
Procurement, Contracting & Payment Services.

Small Business Suppler Information
West Virginia University (WVU) maintains an extensive vendor database used for identifying
and reporting expenditures to small businesses. In order to comply with federal reporting
standards, we must flag suppliers who fit the definition of a
small business as defined by the
Code of Federal Regulations (CFR Title 13, Part 121). WVU verifies small business
certifications via
SAM (System for Award Management)
. We suggest you register with SAM so that your classification can be easily identified
and flagged in our system.
