Effective Monday, September 10, all catering must be completed via purchasing card. WVU’s Mountaineer Marketplace internal transfer forms will no longer be accepted for catering services. Future internal catering orders will need to be purchased by means of PCard. The new system has been put in place to ensure efficiency and uniformity across campus. Order forms will still be available on WVU Culinary Creations Catering website. If questions arise concerning this amendment, please contact WVU Procurement, Contracting & Payment Services.
