Reminder! Use the IT Purchase Request Form for applicable software, hardware, and consulting services purchase requests. IT's guidance can be found here:

Mountaineer Marketplace should be used for hardware, services, consulting, and cloud hosting. The PCard should not be used for those items.

Low dollar software can be purchased using the PCard, but the IT approval must be obtained prior to purchasing software on the PCard. That IT approval must be attached to the expense report in MyExpenses. Failure to obtain the IT approval before the purchase is made will result in a PCard violation.
