Following a successful pilot of the platform at
Health Sciences
, WVU has expanded RMM to all faculty and staff on the Morgantown campus beginning
Monday, Feb. 21. The system will be available alongside the current supplier punchouts.
As a final reminder, the
Procurement, Contacting and Payment Services (PCPS) team is transitioning to
American Express Global Business Travel as WVU’s standard travel management company,
effective Monday, Feb. 14.
And as part of this transition, the
MyTravel platform will move from Concur to the
American Express Neo travel and expense management tool. The Neo tool will
provide several benefits, including:
We just wanted to send a reminder that all PCards expire at the end of the month listed on the PCard. For example, if your PCard expires on 02/22 then it will be available for use until the last day in February. All replacement cards are sent to Mail Services at the beginning of the month in which they expire. After sorting through the cards, we will reach out to the cardholder/department to set up a date and time for pick up.

Dear Fellow Mountaineers, As part of efforts to enhance the user experience for faculty
and staff who travel on behalf of West Virginia University, the
Procurement, Contacting and Payment Services (PCPS) is transitioning to
American Express Global Business Travel
as WVU’s standard travel management company, effective Monday, Feb. 14. The
decision to make this change was guided by responses to a recent survey of travelers
at the University, who identified ease of use and pricing as among the top concerns
of WVU’s prior travel and expense platform. As part of this transition, the MyTravel
platform will move from Concur to the American Express Neo travel and expense management
tool. The Neo tool will provide several benefits, including:
Please find the new guidelines for
Stipends Guidelines and Stipend Determination Flowchart documents that provides
updated guidance for University Departments regarding the payment of stipends to
individuals but not limited to WVU students. These updated guidelines were created
to bring the University in compliance for financial aid and tax reporting purposes.
We are requiring Departments to review and implement all needed changes as soon
as possible.
To receive a PCard, all applicants are required to take online training and then cardholders are required to complete “refresher training” every 2 years to avoid having their PCards cancelled. In the past, the WVU Research Corp PCard training and the WVU PCard training were two separate processes. WVU PCard Administration is happy to announce that all cardholders will now work through the same training process. Rather than completing training through a separate eCampus course, WVU Research Corp cardholders will now take their PCard training through the WV State Auditor’s Office training portal. The training is a WVU/WVURC specific training pdf and quiz.
